Richards & West offers a comprehensive jewelry repair department on premises for all fine jewelry including pieces that most jewelers would consider not worth fixing or impossible to repair.
Having over three decades of fine jewelry repair experience, our master jewelers have been providing customers, including some of the industry's most well known designers, with expert jewelry repair services in our in-house workshop.
Our craftsmen are skilled to work in a large variety of metals including gold, silver, continuum silver and platinum, with any type of precious or semi-precious gemstones and settings. From ring sizing, gem replacement and diamond setting to the most intricate restoration of family heirlooms, our jewelers combine state-of-the-art technology and traditional hand-made techniques to provide the highest level of repair services.

If you are sending of piece of fine jewelry to us for repair, please follow these instructions:

- Complete all information on the form
- Enclose form with the item to be repaired
- Send item and form, via an insured shipping method, to:

When your jewelry arrives we follow a stringent process of documenting the details of your valuable piece. Once that is complete, we will contact you either by phone or email to let you know that your jewelry has arrived safely.
When we have assessed the item and determined that repair work is feasible, we will quote you a price and provide a completion timeframe.
If at this stage you change your mind or the item is beyond repair, we only require that you cover return postage and packaging costs.
Lost earrings
Please email our Customer Service Department at service@rochardsandwest.com or call a Representative at 1-800-234-9378 for an estimate of the cost of a replacement for a lost earring. With regard to lost earrings, we will do our best to replace lost earrings mates. However, in some circumstances matching color and shapes may not be possible due to the unique nature of fine jewelry.
