You may order over the  phone, by calling our Customer Service line at  888-515-8324. Representatives are available 9:00AM-5:00PM EST Monday-Friday.  We are closed Saturday and Sunday. If you leave a message after hours, a  representative will contact you the next business day.

Sales Tax
Richards & West, Inc. is  required by law to charge New York State and local sales tax for all orders. Therefore,  all Richards & West, Inc. online and phone orders will include applicable  sales tax. 
Ordering Terms and Conditions
Orders placed do not  constitute a legal contract until Richards & West, Inc. ships your order.  Terms of payment are within Richards & West, Inc.'s sole discretion, and  unless otherwise agreed to by Richards & West, Inc., payment must be received  by Richards & West, Inc. prior to acceptance of an order. Payment for your  order may be made by credit card, wire transfer, or some other prearranged  payment method. If payment is made by credit card, acceptance of orders is  subject to credit card verification procedures. We reserve the right to cancel  an order if it does not meet our credit card verification standards. If payment  is made by personal check, your order will not be shipped until the check  clears. Your order is subject to cancellation by Richards & West, Inc. at  our sole discretion. Richards & West, Inc. is not responsible for pricing,  typographical, or other errors, in any offer by Richards & West, Inc. we  reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
Backorders
There may be times when an  item you wish to order is on backorder. Backorder simply means that the product  is out of stock at the time, but we are aware that you want the item. When we  receive the item, we will automatically ship your order to you if we do not  hear otherwise. We ship the in-stock items immediately and then ship the  backordered items separately when complete. If your order requires two  shipments due to backorder, you will only be charged for shipping on the  initial order.
Shipping
Shipping and handling are  additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Currently  we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the  United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery  of your order, Richards & West, Inc. does not ship orders to post office  boxes. 
For each address within the  United States, the following charges apply: 
	Ground shipping:	$8.95   Please  allow 5-10 business days.
	Express shipping:	$13.00 Please  allow 3-4 business days.
	2nd day:			$18.00
	Overnight:		$29.00
Items ordered together may not always ship together.  If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one  shipping fee.
Signature Required For Delivery
If your delivery is valued over $300  we require a signature for delivery. This is regardless of any waivers you may  have with any shipping company (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) These requirements are for  your protection and will not be waived by Richards & West, Inc.
Since jewelry is often given  for special occasions, we will be extremely flexible to help you create a  wonderful surprise. We will do everything we can to expedite delivery of your  order for a fast approaching special occasion or we can ship your order to an  address other than your home to help you maintain your surprise.
Title and Risk of Loss
Title to your order passes  from Richards & West, Inc. to you upon shipment from Richards & West,  Inc.'s facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier  selected by Richards & West, Inc. is Richards & West Inc.'s  responsibility, HOWEVER, Richards & West, Inc. will not be responsible for  any physical damage to any shipment if it is not inspected at the time of  delivery and damages or suspected damages are not clearly noted on the  carrier's paperwork at the time of delivery. Loss or damage that occurs during  shipping by any carrier selected by you is your responsibility. You must notify  Richards & West, Inc. within 5 days of the date of your purchase if you  believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. Unless you  provide Richards & West, Inc. with a valid and correct tax exemption  certificate applicable to your purchase and your order ship-to location, you  are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order. Any quoted  shipping dates are estimates only.
