Richards & West, Inc. is proud of the fine jewelry we sell and offer all our customers, on each piece purchased, an assurance against defects in material and workmanship subject to established jewelry industry standards. In the event that a manufacturing defect is found in any piece we sell, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion at no cost to you.
It is the responsibility of the jewelry purchaser to insure their jewelry under their homeowner's policy or renter's policy against any damage or loss that might happen.
If your item is damaged in an accident or by normal wear and tear, we would be glad provide a quote for repair where possible.
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to your purchase of jewelry from Richards & West, Inc. These terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases, including Internet and telephone. By placing an order and/or accepting delivery of Product, you accept and are bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement may not be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of a purchase order or any other document unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both you and Richards & West, Inc.

All prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Please expect to be charged the price for the merchandise you buy as it is listed on the day of your purchase.
Occasionally, we may have just sold an item which you ordered, and have not had time to take it off our site. We apologize for any disappointment, but we will reach you to see if you would like a substitution, special order, or just a cancellation.

We will never share or sell your information. It is strictly for use by us and for communicating with you about your designs and projects.
When purchasing an item from Richards & West, Inc. we may require you to provide the following information:
